Today I got to photograph a beautiful young lady. Her mother hired me to shoot some images of her and gave me Carte blanche to do anything I wanted. I love it when people do that!
When i saw the rainclouds this morning I was so sad because I had planned a lot of her shots outdoors today. But it stopped and turned out beautiful later!
Whats both so great and so scary is that her mother is a photographer here too! I think her mother is amazing and she does beautiful work! Shes the awesome childrens photographer Jodie Goodison http://www.digikidzphotography.com/
They are originally from Canada and are such super nice people! We had a fun day today! Thanks so much Jodie and Courtney for choosing me to take Courtneys portraits! I was so honoredand touched that you choose me!

Dixie these photos just blew me away!! They are so beautiful!! Courtney adores you and thinks you are the best photographer in the world!! We had so much fun today. I WISH I had met you sooner. I was truly impressed with your talent today!! You are a joy to be around!!
(And Thank you for all that you taught me today! Most photographers would not take the time out to teach another photographer, especially one that is local.)
Oh..oh, and I have to add, I LOVE your studio. I'd like to live in it!!
