The image herei is called a One face many personalities. They are a lot of fun and I first started making them in 1997.
The one below is one of Our Senior Collages, they come in 16x20s or 20x24s and are a great keepsake. All you have to do is frame them, no need to buy mats, they come already as one large image ready for you to frame. They've been popluar since we introduced them in 2005.
