Just a note here. I wanted you all to know that I am still interviewing for our new office manager. Ive been taking my time and selecting only the candidates that I feel have what it takes to be the Office Manger of Photography by Dixie. Over the years (past 12 1/2 Ive had several and some were great and some were not.)
I appreciate everyones patience as the phone is not being answered as often as it normally is.
I have received over a 100 resumes and am interviewing in between photo shoots and on weekends. With the upcoming closure of Certainteed and 720 people loosing their jobs in the near future, there are a lot of ladies out looking for employment.
I am doing everything by myself and with a part time student (She only works on Weds and Fridays.)
Its hectic because our phone does ring a lot!!!
Thank you for your understanding. Once I select the right person, then they most likely have to give a 2 weeks notice at their current job, so things will be a little crazy here for the next 3 weeks. Once I hire her then there will be time in training. Unfortunately our last office manager was not able to train her replacement and its been a rough 2 weeks.
I so appreciate your patience and as Ive said before, shooting me an email is the best way, as I can answer these at 5:30 in the morning or late at night.
