I hope you guys all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your families! We did! We drove down to Dallas to my husbands parents house and had a wonderful time, but we had to leave after only a few hours as our son had football practice tonight as they have a big game tomorrow against Abilene Wylie!
After practice one of the parents hosted a BONFIRE on their land and the booster club has s'mores and hot choclate for everyone.
i got this shot of the defensive line with head Coach Scott Boswell. I love how they are looking at the fire, shoulder to shoulder together thinking about tomorrow night and what they have to do.
Fires are so primal and these young men are all friends and almost like young warriors. A lot of pressure for 17 year old young men.
Nothing like the crisp fall air, Thanksgiving and football!
