Listening becoming Lost Art.

Theres a great story in Thursdays Times Record News about Listening. Its written by former Wichitan Trish Choate.
Its called "Whats that you say? Listening becoming a lost art.". I'm trying to find a link to the paper for it right now. I subscribe 7 days a week to the TRN and have for 15 years.
