Our New Assistant!

Meet Breanna! Shes our New Assistant and Photographer in Training!

One day at Church last month, she approached me and told me that for years she has wanted to ask me for a job, but was too shy too! I was so touched. I remember what it was like to look up to a photographer and be scared to even introduce myself. I know her mother and sister and so

I trusted my instincts and hired her on the spot, while we were standing in the Church Pews!

Breannas sister came to me for Her Senior Portraits and she looks a lot like Cameron Diaz! Their mother is Beautiful and so the girls are too! Breanna is going to a Photography School next year (shes undecided where, but I'm pushing for her to go to the Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, CA)

What a joy shes been! She is super smart, and learns tasks quickly! How refreshing to tell someone something One Time, and they "GET IT". She has an artists eye and she is going to be a huge asset to the studio!

I shot this yesterday while we were doing a shoot of a Senior. So when you call, she's the sweet voice on the Phone and youi'll see her at weddings and on shoots with me around town.

(PS I was afraid to approach the photographers that I looked up to for years too, espically the one from my childhood, Mr. Bill Weaks, and Im so glad I did, because I am friends with many of them and they are human just like me. They have gifts and faults. They are not perfect. So stop putting people on a pedestal and just love them for them. Warts and all! haha)
