Wow, Today our son competed in a power lifting meet in Nocona Texas. He and his teamates placed 2nd!
There were a lot of boys there from all around the area!
Our son did fantastic! He won 3rd place in his weight division! His total weight was 1,140 pounds! He competed against boys who are 18 years old and he is only 15 and still did great!
Here is a shot of him squatting 500 pounds! He blew blood corpusels in his face and looks like he has chicken pox. (thats one of the side effects unfortunately)
His father and I couldnt be prouder! His teamates did great too! Last night we fed the boys lots of Bar b que ribs that my husband cooked all day, plusall the fixings to prepare them for today! (Lots of protein) They did great! Were so proud! Way to go guys!
