Our family had a wonderful Christmas. I hope you all did as well! Of course my wish always is Peace on Earth.
Heres a photo of our Blue Tree this year. Ive always wanted to do a tree with Blue and Silver ornaments and I did it this year. Another thing I love to do is to use REAL Pine and Holly on the mantel and all over our home. Where do I get it? From our own yard and the park nearby! It smells fantastic and looks so much better than artificial. You just have to be careful of the holly berries, they will stain your carpet if they drop off.
I most likely wont be Blogging for a while, between the Ski trip and spending time with family, I wont have time.
Our staff will begin working again on the 27th, But ill be out of pocket until the 7th.
I hope you all had a VERY MERRY Christmas. Santa brought a Wii Sportspack (with 8 games!) I am sore from Bowling, Tennis and golfing!

He even went to Nordstroms at StoneBriar Mall (in Frisco) to get it. My daughter surprised us all and shipped a Huge box full of goodies for all of us! Thank you Misty, that was so sweet of you, but my real gift will be seeing my grandsons in a few days and carving the powder on the slopes in a few days!
My husband always cooks the turkey in our house (Yes I'm lucky, married a great cook) and his mother and he and his father always make the famous Family Dressing.

It was our 13th Christmas in this home with my inlaws. (They are terrific people and it wouldnt be Christmas without them.)
It was a wonderful day. Back to the art of relaxing by the fireplace and looking through my book of Painting from Venice 607 pages thick!
Oh! I also got a Panini Grill, so got to make some Panini sandwiches for lunch here in a minute.
Our son wants to catch a movie today, were undecided between "The Great Debators" or Alien vs Predator. (Yep, the 15 year old voted for that one.)

(PS Heres our son playing Santa Christmas morning, in his Texas A&M gear. He may be 6 foot tall, but he's just a little boy on Christmas morning! )
