Wedding Dates are Full!

We just wanted to post this, that as of Today, June 29th, we are currently booked for weddings for the 2006-2007 year. The first available wedding date we have open is beginning in November of 2007.

We regret the inconvience, but will be happy to recommend several fantastic photographers who can do a great job also. Of course our good friend Joe Rogers of Joe Rogers Photography is still the best in Wichita Falls is our first choice!

If you are having a wedding in Cabo, or in the Caribbean and it will be held during the week, then give us a call, we can still shoot weddings during the weekdays. However, our Saturday dates are now taken.

It is our privledge to serve you and we certainly appreciate all our Brides and Grooms!

Alesia and Hannah

Hi everyone,
I wanted to post this image of Alesia and her adorable daughter Hannah.
They were a joy to work with today. I swear Hannah is the SMARTEST 5 year old I've ever met!
I told her she should be an attorney because she is very articulate and quick thinking!
I adore this image of them and will soon have a large wall portrait of it hanging in my studio.
Hannah really made my day. What a beautiful pair.
Thanks for choosing me for your portrait. We truly made a memory today!

Fun Images

These are images that we took on our vacation a few days ago.
One is honeybees collecting pollen from Cactus blossoms in the West texas desert!
Unfortunately my mother got stung by one! They are beautiful to look at, but they have a mean disposition! :-(

The 2nd image is a small church located near Ft. Davis Texas. It was literally in the middle of NO WHERE. But it had electricity. Interesting.....
And the last image is an antique store in Hico Texas, which is in the Hill Country. We drove over 1400 miles on our trip.
Thanks for letting me share. :-)

Dixie's work wins Merits!

Dixie just got back from the Texas Summer Seminar and brought back 3 merits!

Her image titled "A Monument to the Gods" scored an 81(anything over an 80 is fantastic!)
and her other image of lovely Allison Duffy in her Deb gown scored an 82 Titled "A Moment to myself".
To earn a score over 80 is a difficult thing to do. In addition her images of Electra Senior Keisha Huse scored an 81 was well.
Overall 4 of her portraits also received the "The Honor of Exhibition" at the Hotel for all the guests to admire.
Congrats to Dixie on her success at another convention print judging!

Siegfried and Roys Lions and Tigers

This lioness belongs to the famous magicians and entertainers Siegfried and Roy. This image was created shortly before the tragic accident that left one of them permanently disabled.
This female lion seemed so majestic as she sat near a Waterfall in her huge habitat at the duos beautiful gardens located at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas.
This image took me many hours to complete into a virtual watercolor painting.
I captured this image with a 300 mm 2.8 lens on my Canon 20D. It was at 500 sec/at f/5.6 and at 400 ASA.
www.mirage.com
I call the image "Qween of the Jungle".
It is available for purchase as is my line of greeting cards and photographic art.
Have a blessed day!
